Be strong. The river stops, stones are stacked, and the reproach of Egypt is rolled away.

Walls fall, devoted things are taken, and a curse is turned by obedience.

A treaty by a ruse, then the sun stands still over a southern war.

Kings of the north gather and fall, and the land has rest from war.

Lots are cast, cities of refuge are named, and the eastern tribes go home.

Choose this day. Joshua dies, and the bones of Joseph are buried at last.
